# Help

**Button:** `🔔 Help` (Main Menu)

Use Help to see solutions to common problems. It never places trades or changes wallet permissions.

### How to get support

If `🔔 Help` and the docs don't answer your question, contact support at <help@fatcatbot.io>.

When you reach out, include:

* Your wallet address and Telegram username or ID.
* The feature you used (swap, limit, DCA, Perps).
* The step that failed (connect, sign, pending, filled, etc.).
* A transaction signature and a screenshot of the error, if you have them.
